Can the cost of protection plans be added to my monthly payment?

Yes! We can easily add the cost of your coverage to your financing through the checkout process both online and in-store.

Can I purchase protection plans later?

We cannot include the price of the protection plans in your financing after you make your purchase and drive your new ride off the lot. An Experience Guide is happy to talk you through your coverage options before purchasing to ensure all of your questions are answered and you have the coverage you need.

How does a vehicle service contract protect my car if it’s still under the manufacturer's warranty?

Many manufacturer’s warranties do not cover all the core systems and electronics. Purchasing a customized vehicle service contract can extend your coverage to include the average time of ownership—up to 5 years or 60,000 miles—so you can drive happy knowing you don’t have to think about unexpected costly repairs.

I purchased a protection plan with my car. How do I file a claim?

If you added optional protection plans to your purchase, you’ll get detailed information on your coverage when you pick up your car. This includes contact information and how to make a claim. Most plans have the option to file online for the ultimate convenience. If you have questions when you pick up your car, your Experience Guide will be there to help.
